Description
Intellikine, Inc., a San Diego-based biotechnology company, is developing
best-in-class signaling network inhibitors to address significant unmet medical
needs.
Intellikine is currently looking for a Chemistry Internship. Candidate will
work 10-15 hours per week, depending on schedule.
Primary responsibilities will include
- Compound QA and stock solution preparation
- Compounds registration (database update) and Chemicals inventory
- Setting up reactions following a known procedure and purifying some intermediates
- Learning instrumentation inside a research laboratory, such as LC-MS,
lyophylizer, ISCO purification system and liquid handler.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have taken 1st quarter/semester organic chemistry
(UCSD: CHEM 140A) and organic chemistry lab (UCSD: CHEM143A Lab).
