Our pipeline opportunities include both novel isoform-selective and pathway-selective inhibitors of members of the PI3K/mTOR signaling network.
Our most advanced programs are selective TORC1/2 inhibitor program for oncology, an isoform-selective PI3Kδ/γ inhibitor program for treatment of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, as well as, hematological malignancies. PI3Kα isoform selective inhibitors is another exciting program that is rapidly advancing towards clinical evaluation.
