Our most advanced programs are a selective TORC1/2 inhibitor that is currently in multiple Phase 1 clinical trials in both solid tumors and hematological malignancies, a PI3Kα isoform selective inhibitor in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of patients with solid tumors, bearing PI3Kα mutations, and a selective PI3Kδ/γ inhibitor program, which is in Phase 1 clinical study for the treatment of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases and hematological malignancies.
