Our most advanced programs are a selective TORC1/2 inhibitor program for oncology, an isoform-selective PI3Kδ/γ inhibitor program for treatment of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases and hematological malignancies, as well as a PI3Kα-isoform selective inhibitors for the treatment of solid tumor malignancies.
